Shoppers World, the New York-based discount department store chain, has opened a new store in the Felbram Plaza North shopping center on the south side of Indianapolis. The new department store replaces a Target store that closed last year. The center owner, Nassimi Realty, said that the addition of Shoppers World brings the occupancy rate at the center to 95%. Located on the corner of U.S. 31 and National Avenue a few blocks from a ramp to I-465, the store is the second Shoppers World in the Indianapolis market.
