Nassimi Realty LLC has announced plans to redevelop a 51,500 Sq. Ft. retail space located in the east wing of Cedarbrook Plaza. The Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU) have already signed a long-term lease to take 4,800 sq ft and Empire Beauty School will take 9,100 sq. ft in the redevelopment area. The renovation will include new storefronts for approximately eight new stores in space that was previously occupied by a Toys R Us store. Nassimi expects to complete the redevelopment by the end of this year.
