Mariner is a Baltimore based company offering loans for mortgages, home repairs as well as auto loans, currently operating over 160 locations. They signed a lease for a 1,800 SF newly built-out space that is estimated to open no later than May 16th of this year. The second tenant is Mattress Warehouse which is a division of innovative mattress solutions that operates 155 locations across the Mideast of the U.S. and 30 locations in OH. Mattress Warehouse, also known as Sleep Outfitters of OH, will open their 5,000 SF store at Canton Centre Mall soon after construction work is completed at the end of this month.
