Kline Plaza: 101 S. 25th St. Harrisburg, PA
Kline Plaza is a 220,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Giant, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. The shopping center has more than 20 tenants. There is a vacant space between Citi Trends and the state liquor store.
There is also an empty space between Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. The former Music Man store is now empty, too. There are four spaces next to State Rep. Patty Kim’s district office. Kevin Nassimi, vice president of leasing at Nassimi Realty, which owns the shopping center, said there are a number of new tenants on the way:
Rapid Sandwiches, a sandwich shop will be opening in the next month or two.
Exceptional Hearts Insurance will take over the space previously occupied by Sweet Home Health Care Insurance. The company will open in the next month or two.
O’lee De Lux Hair Salon will be moving from another location within the Harrisburg area and plans to open by March 1st.
Crisp Café, which is currently under construction, will open by the end of January.
A laundromat will take over a space on the front side of the shopping center next to the liquor store.
Nassimi also said that the shopping center is also in discussions with some national tenants. Dollar Tree opened at the shopping center last year.
