A new Skechers shoe store is scheduled to open in the Four Flaggs Shopping Center as early as next week, filling a vacancy left by the nationwide closure of Party City.

The 12,225-square-foot store at 9471 N. Milwaukee Ave. is targeting a Wednesday, May 8, opening, according to Jennifer Clay, Skechers vice president of corporate communications and marketing.

“It is what we call a Big Beautiful Store, in a large footprint,” Clay said, though she noted that opening dates can shift slightly.

With this new opening Nassimi Realty is now over 90% occupied at the plaza!
