Five businesses have signed office leases at 1330 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

The Bahnsen Group, Aurelius Capital, ConvergeOne, CF Entertainment and i80 Group all signed leases at the 40-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan, commercial real estate firm JLL announced.

All the transactions were closed by JLL, which recently started brokering the listings at 1330 Avenue of the Americas on behalf of the ownership group composed of Creed Equities, Hakimian Capital, CH Capital Group and Nassimi Realty.
