CLIFTON, NJ, -- Discount Depot, a general merchandise and discount home furnishings store has signed a ten year lease for a 4,800 square foot store at the Botany Plaza shopping center. The new store is located on the upper level of a newly constructed retail building on the Randolph Avenue side of the Center.

Botany Plaza Leasing Manager Dennis Cieri commented that "With the signing of Discount Depot, our center is now 100% leased. We are pleased that we have been able to complete this project in such a timely fashion. A lot has been accomplished since Botany Plaza opened in March of 1997."

Botany Plaza is located at the intersection of Randolph and Ackerman Avenues, adjacent to the Botany Village section of Clifton. The center is anchored by a Big Kmart and a Pathmark Super Center. Other stores include a TrustCompany Bank branch, a Fashion Bug women’s specialty store, GNC General Nutrition Center, Mail Boxes Etc., Discount Liquors, Dollar Mania, Eastern King Buffet, Re/Max Realtors and The Laundry Factory.
