Indianapolis, IN September 16, 2007 --Nassimi Realty, Corp., owner of the North Eastwood Shopping Center, has announced that it has signed a long term lease with Office Depot for a new 12,915 square foot office products store. Headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, Office Depot operates over 1200 retail stores in North America. This will be their tenth store in the Indianapolis Market.
Located at the intersection of North Post Road and East 38th Street in Indianapolis, Nassimi Realty purchased the 180,000 square foot strip center in 2005. A Kroger supermarket anchors the center. Other inline stores include Big Lots, Family Dollar, Rent-A-Center, Papa John’s and Athlete’s Foot. North Eastwood is currently 98% occupied.
