Nassimi Realty has announced that it recently completed the purchase of Dutch Square Center in Columbia, SC.
Dutch Square Center is a 580,000 SF regional mall and the first enclosed mall built in the state of South Carolina. It is situated in a strategic and easily accessible location approximately 90 miles south of Charlotte and 120 miles northwest of Charleston.
The city of Columbia is the capital of and largest city in South Carolina providing supportive key features to Dutch Square Center, including: a strong community comprising of an affluent population, the main Campus of the University of South Carolina which enrolls 33,700 students, numerous other colleges and the largest medical center in the South Carolina Midlands region.
Dutch Square Center consists of a total of three buildings: an L-shaped enclosed mall attached to a 14-screen theater, a single level Burlington Coat/Office Depot building and a three story department store which includes national tenants such as Planet Fitness, Ashley Stewart, West Marine, Foot Locker, Rainbow, Catherine’s and more. In addition, the property features four outparcel buildings some occupied by Wells Fargo, Hardee’s and G.B. Shoes.
