Discount retailer, Ocean State Job Lot opened its store in Elizabethtown earlier this year in a former K-Mart. And now it owns the building as well.

Nassimi Realty sold the former Kmart building and adjacent parking field at 1605 S. Market St. to Ocean State Job Lot. Kevin Nassimi of Nassimi Realty confirmed the deal closed earlier this month. An official from Ocean State Job Lot also confirmed that the sale has been completed.
